All our recipes are prepared in France, in Loir-et-Cher (41) or Pas-de-Calais (62). All our ingredients are freshly prepared every day to delight your taste buds!
The fresh vegetables in our sushi, poké bowls and Asian snacks are cut on-site,
in dedicated workshops.

At Freshmood, we want to delight you.
To prepare delicious recipes, you need to have delicious products.
That’s why we rigorously select each of our ingredients, based on strict criteria, not only for taste but also according to a quality specification.
The salmon we use is delivered daily from aqua farms in the Norwegian Fjords, raised without GMOs* and benefiting from farming conditions that promote its well-being.
We carefully bone and hand-cut each of our salmons to select the finest pieces.
