The fresh vegetables in our sushi, poké bowls and Asian snacks are cut on-site,
in dedicated workshops.

To prepare delicious recipes, you need to have delicious products.
That’s why we rigorously select each of our ingredients, based on strict criteria, not only for taste but also according to a quality specification.
The salmon we use is subject todaily arrivals from Norway,raised without GMO* and which benefits from rearing conditions that promote its wellbeing.
We carefully bone and hand-cut each of our salmons to select the finest pieces.
